When filtering for contacts in the People section of the CDP, if you select all and apply a tag, the phrasing of the warning makes it sound as if all tags existing across the audience will also be applied to the entire audience

Saved filters and conditions could be used for other figures within the journeys and playbooks as well as entry and exit fields.

A huge blocker in keeping everything foldered and tidy in Ortto, especially as a growing scaling business

Allow us to connect our Ortto instance to chatGPT etc to conversationally understand and analyse customers and activity in our account, help us with personalisation and automation.

Need more supported languages in Ortto: Japanese (JP) Korean (KR) Brazilian Portuguese (BR)

The reply-to address should not be set per email but centrally in the account settings to avoid forgetting to fill it in.

We need the ability to force eject contacts from playbooks or journeys. If contacts get stuck currently or there is a duplicate for whatever reason, the only way to get them out is super hacky as you need to adjust the exit criteria for the ENTIRE journey for just one contact. Not ideal.

For grouping, Reports, etc.

Right now, when you have a form fill built in Ortto, it redirects that tab. Instead, we'd like people to keep that tab open and pop open a new tab with the redirect url. In many platforms, when you want this option there is a checkbox that says "open link in new tab"
