Having a native MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for Ortto would be a game-changer. MCP is the open standard by Anthropic that lets AI agents like Claude interact directly with platforms via structured API call.
With an Ortto MCP server, AI agents could:
  • Create, update and segment contacts programmatically
  • Trigger and manage Journeys based on real-time events
  • Send campaigns or transactional emails on demand
  • Sync conversion data with ad platforms (related to the existing CAPI request)
  • Pull analytics for AI-powered analysis
  • Manage forms, tags and lists without manual work
This would position Ortto as a first-class platform in the AI automation ecosystem, alongside Google Calendar, Gmail and Slack that already have MCP support.
