The ability to have a portal to track SMS replies and the ability to start an sms conversation to close out a lead.
Much like a replied email goes to your email account where you can respond and continue the conversation - the same for SMS.

You can do this on a small scale in very roundabout way ... my solution was to create a new field in Ortto called 'last SMS reply' and then create an automation that tags anyone that replies to an SMS with 'pending SMS reply' and ads their reply into that field I created (it also removes the tag after 7 days or if they receive an SMS campaign that starts with [REPLY]).
This process makes it very easy to see who has replied to an SMS and what they said - you can then respond back by creating a mini campaign for each reply.
This works well for small-scale stuff if you just need to review responses and send a handful of replies - but not enough for full conversational ability with multiple messages back and forth because you can only see their last reply.

Allowing communication channel preference for Talk?
On the customer end, If I leave the browser and there is a reply, the system typically sends a notification to my email....to be discover hours or days later; an SMS message would reach me immediately and if I'm able to continue the conversation via sms reply, its a win-win.
