Right now you can only wait 1, 2, 3 hours. It add a lot of flexibility and make a lot of journeys shorter if we could change that to just be random wait 1-X hours. etc.

It would add a lot of flexibility, right now if you want to spread out your sends, you have to set up a multiple split shape, then add multiple wait shapes and pull them all back into the email.

Either that or you have to set your email so it sends over X time. HOWEVER that it highly inefficient and bad in practice, as it locks your customers into the email, so you cant reroute them when they hav ealready reached that email, changed etc.

Just a random wait shape would fix this and just add so much general flexibility.

My 30 shape journeys would become like 10 shape ones. Would be so goooood :D

Should be very easy to implement.
