Right now, when you have a form fill built in Ortto, it redirects that tab. Instead, we'd like people to keep that tab open and pop open a new tab with the redirect url. In many platforms, when you want this option there is a checkbox that says "open link in new tab"

Thanks for the video Payton Parks this has now been added, you will need to update your form to turn on the option, and save, which will cause an update to the HTML snippet, and you can then copy the new code to your website.
Please note, this still leaves the form filled-in on the original website, that is the nature of using your form submission button to open a url. I think the fact a new page opens when you submit is sufficient to let the customer know their submission worked, but if you are still concerned about it not clearing out the fields on submission, please get in touch again (via support is fine) and we can revisit.

Hi Payton Parks could you please elaborate on what type of capture form you are using and the action you are taking that redirects your tab?
