We already support this (and all the broader requirements of the upcoming Yahoo and Google email sender restrictions).

The email header of all emails sent out contains a 1-click unsubscribe url, which provides a means for customers to directly unsubscribe, usually presented as a link in the email heading, but varies per email client.

Our default unsubscribe link in the email itself requires confirmation to avoid contacts getting accidentally unsubscribed by email client anti-spam link checkers for example. This is also a common trend across the Marketing industry now, companies moving back away from the 1-click unsubscribe link due to these and other reasons.
