Automatically add UTMs as an option for Knowledge Base articles

Just like it is an option for building an email. Would love to automatically append UTMs to all links in KB articles. Super handy for tracking in Google Analytics when we have pushed user from a KB article to a specific resource on our main website.
In the absence of actually being able to load GA4 scripts on the KB itself.

Hi Tim Murphy have you seen the option to insert header code into your knowledge base header via this option in settings? (Settings > Knowledge base > "Settings" tab)
Section is called "Page head code injection"
Does that suit what you want in terms of inserting the GA4 script?

Peter Bartlett I contacted Ortto Support before raising this feature request and was advised that particular "Page head code injection" doesn't allow third-party scripts to load.
I have our GA4 tag loaded into that section and can confirm it does not fire on the frontend.

Tim Murphy: thanks for raising, because 3rd party scripts is exactly what that section was meant for.
I had a closer look and we discovered there was actually a bug here that was resulting in your script not coming through.
We've fixed the bug and your script is now correctly attached to the knowledge base articles. (I've checked your site to confirm).

Peter Bartlett amazng!, thanks Peter. Think you can probably close off this other request here as well: https://roadmap.ortto.com/feature-requests/p/allow-3rd-party-scripts-to-load-in-the-knowledge-base
