AI Chat Bot for Talk - using AI responses

Would be nice if you could update the Talk settings to send the AI message automatically via Talk.
This feature already exists but the auto generated messages are just a little long atm. If we're offline, I think it's fine for these responses to be automatically generated.
ChatBase is a somewhat good example of this.

We are looking to integrate generative AI, specifically Microsoft Copilot, into Ortto's Talk Widget. The goal is to have the chat handle initial customer conversations and resolve basic inquiries using trained data before escalating to a live agent. This would enable us to offer a seamless, AI-driven experience without introducing external tools beyond Ortto’s existing capabilities. We would like the ability to connect our custom Copilot (built in Microsoft Copilot Studio) through an API endpoint, ensuring full integration within Ortto's chat system.

The Ortto AI agent should use all of your support knowledge, implements the correct behaviors and policies, personalizes every customer experience, and delivers insights on how to improve its performance.
The support agent should tap into knowledge sources you give it - this could come from Ortto articles or external links.
