Adjust default open rate calculation to exclude machine opens

In our campaigns default report, the current open rate is showing at around 90% because the default calculation includes machine opens. Could you please update the default setting so the open rate excludes possible machine opens? That way we’ll have a more realistic and useful metric.

Super true. It would also be great with sub 0.1 levels to click rates. Big difference between 0.16 and 0.24 but right now I think they show up the same way in Ortto. And this can be pretty key when targeting groups which are less likely to click
