Hi Leonnie Lee could you please share some more details and ideally a screenshot of what you are trying to achieve with your Landing page form?
I assume you are referring to the ability in Capture widgets to have Text blocks before or after your Form block. Could you achieve something similar in Landing pages by inserting a text block before or after the Form block as well? What would you see differently about being able to add text directly in the Form block itself?

Hi Peter Bartlett , it would be a text block within the form. Not before or after the form block. We collect information on what medical condition the contact is living with or interested in hearing about.
The way our data structure is that, every medical condition is a true/false field. This means we need some text prior to showcasing all the medical condition fields for the form to make sense. Example screenshot below.

Another example Peter Bartlett, is the ability to add some disclaimer text before the Submit button. In the example below built in landing pages, had to do it after the Submit button.

Also, Peter Bartlett, another use case would be being able to add text so we can configure the form for CSAT, NPS, feedback survey.
