Add campaign type, subject lines and send dates to the campaign summary

It would be helpful if next to the campaign name in the campaign summary we could easily see the campaign type, subject line and send date. It would make it easier for us to analyze and filter the data when we export.

hi Peter Bartlett seconding this request and happy to provide a screenshot. i'm used to seeing it as a column option. send date makes it easier to sort list by send date and see improvements over time. subject lines helps to see what caused strong or low open rates.
